Virginie Pochon

Virginie Pochon has lived in Haiti for 23 years. She is in charge of environmental education and citizenship projects for the Groupe d’Action Francophone pour l’Environnement.

She is involved in the national citizens’ climate movement, Alternatiba, and is deeply concerned by climate justice and the fight against single-use plastics.

She has a master’s degree in ethology and a post-graduate diploma in local development.
